Context & Objectives

The project for Mimu Dessert aimed to unite a premium artisan dessert brand experience, consumer product discovery, and B2B wholesale cafe supply requirements within a single digital ecosystem. Core objectives were defined around digital renewal, conversion optimization, organic search engine visibility, and generative AI discoverability.

Digital Experience & Information Architecture

The homepage integrates a video-supported product hero section, curated collection pathways, and a dedicated B2B wholesale ordering journey. Dedicated views for individual products, editorial articles, and targeted B2B landing pages—covering wholesale cafe desserts, daily desserts, milk puddings, shelf-stable dairy sweets, and fresh artisanal desserts in Istanbul—were segmented to address distinct user intents.

SEO, Local SEO & GEO Architecture

Each page deploys canonical URLs, Open Graph metadata, and JSON-LD structured data blocks. Crawl efficiency is supported by sitemap.xml, robots.txt, and llms.txt, while local and semantic relevance is reinforced through Istanbul-centric B2B content modules, ingredient specifications, physical contact touchpoints, and localized FAQs.

Conversion Pathways

Visitors are guided toward high-intent actions via product collection browsing, cafe/wholesale ordering prompts, direct WhatsApp channels, phone calls, and structured inquiry forms. A backend pipeline powered by PHP and PHPMailer handles incoming contact and wholesale requests via email.

Measurement & Performance Status

The project documentation includes an SEO/GEO roadmap, SERP baseline benchmarks, and GSC/off-page validation checklists. However, because verified post-launch metrics, organic traffic volumes, keyword ranking datasets, or lead figures were not supplied at publication time, this case study refrains from asserting outcome-based metrics.
